Low carb - gluten free pizza

Ova divna pica je napravljena od niskocarbohidrtnih namirnica koje ne sadrze gluten u sebi. Vec odavno trazim recept da mi odgovara I mislim da je ovaj zaista fin.
 
 

Sastojci za tijesto:

1 solja brasna od badema
2 solje brasna od tapioke
1 1/2 kasikica praska za pecivo
 1/2 kasikice soli
1 kasikica cesnjaka u prahu
1/2 kasikice luka u prahu
3 jaja
1-2 kasikice vode

Za nadjev:

1-2 zdenke, kod mene je bio ljuti peper jack
ranch dressing ili neki drugi po vasem izboru, moze samo pavlaka
1 saka zelene mix salate
1 solja ili po izboru topivog sira
nekoliko kapi ulja, kod mene je bilo ulje crnog tartufa, super ide uz picu
po zelji oregano ili drugi zacini
100 gr pecene piletine, tanko narezane
1 bareno jaje
suseni paradajz (moze I ulje iz njega)

Umijesiti sve suhe sastojke pa dodati jaja. Mijesiti da dobijete tvrdje tijesto, a ako je potrebno dodajte jos kasiku ili dvije vode da dobijete kompaktno tijesto. Razvaljajte veoma tanko, pecite u zagrijanoj rerni desetak minuta, potom stavite toping pa pecite dok se sir ne otopi. Polijte sa nekoliko kapi svog omiljenog ulja, kod mene je bio black tartuf, taj mi najbolje ide sa ovom divnom picom.





I made it this morning for my breakfast. It was delicious, so satisfying and appealing, and I know I will adopt this recipe for sure. Pizza dough I find on the internet, and for toping I use what ever I had in my fridge.

Pizza dough:

1 cup of almond flour/almond meal
2 cups of tapioca flour/starch
1½ teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
3 organic eggs
1-2 tablespoons of water
 
Toping:
 
1 creamy pepper jack cheese (or zdenka)
2-3 tbs of ranch or some other kind of dressing
1 handful kale salad mix
1 sun dried tomato
1 cup mozzarella cheese
100 grams of the baked chicken (I used lemon pepper chicken)
 few drops of favorite oil
I boiled egg
oregano
 
For crust mix all dry ingredients, then add eggs and mix it thoroughly. If you need to add some water, be very careful, keep adding spoon at the time. Roll dough very thin. Bake it for 10 minutes on 220 C, then add toping. Bake another 5-7 minutes or till all cheese melts.

Homemade chicken pate - Daomaca Argeta pasteta

Moje cure kazu da je kao prava Argeta. Obzirom da smo davno prestali jesti pastete I ostale preradjevine od mesa, ova pasteta nam se svima svidjela i jako nas posjetila na Argetu.





Sastojci jedan:

Jedna pileca prsa
1 svezanj persuna svjezeg
1 stalak celera
4 cehna cesnjaka
1/2 kasikice soli
malo svjeze mljevenog bibera
prstohvat suhe majcine dusice
prstohvat italijanskog zacina
prstohvat suhog ruzmarina
prstohvat kima
prstohvat korijandera
1 list lovora

Naliti vodom I kuhati oko 20 minuta u pretis loncu. Ohladiti, temeljac ostaviti za supu, a meso iskidati na komadice da se brze ohladi.

Ohladjena prsa samljeti u food procesoru, sa nekoliko kasika vode u kojoj smo kuhali piletinu, pa dodati:

Sastojci dva:
100 gr putera
3 kasike pavlake
2 kasike majoneze
1 kasika dion senfa
1 kasika mljevenog hrena

Sve dodatno umiksati da se dobije glatka smjesa. Tanko odrezati snitu kruha I debelo namazati pastetom! Uzivati do maksimuma...

Chicken pate
We stopped eating store bought pate long time ago. We all loved one kind of pate, but it changed so much that we do not like new recipe at all. So we stop eating it completely till I started to make my own. I just keep adding ingredients as I though that would go nicely with chicken. We are all amazed how much it taste as our favorite pate we use to buy. So I decided to share my recipe,  in hope that somebody else may try it and  like it. 



Ingredients one:

1 pound chicken
pinch of salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of dry Italian seasoning
pinch of dry oregano
pinch of pepper
1 bay leave
pinch of coriander
pinch of
pinch of karaway seeds
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup fresh parsley
2 stalks celery
1 pinch dry rosemary

Ingredients two:
 100 gr butter
3 tbs of mayo
3 tbs of sour crème
1 tbs horseradish
1 tbs Dion mustard



I cooked my chicken in the pressure cooker, with Ingredients one and so much water just to cover meat. It took me about 20 minutes to cook it nicely. I drained all water and left it to get cool down. I saved liquid so I can make some home made soup with it.

I processed meat in food processor, with about 2-3 tbs of liquid I cooked chicken in,  and then I added Ingredients two. Then, I processed it for about 2 minutes more to get nice and smooth texture. It is very tasty and satisfying, I recommend it with all my heart!

Keep  refrigerated, and use in few days.

Healthy Banana bread (Slatki hljeb sa bananama i brasnom od badema)

I prije sam pravila gluten free banana bread ali ovaj mi je posebno fin.



Sastojci:

4 jaja
3 banana srednje velicine, da su dobro zrele
1 soljica mala za kafu kososovog mlijeka
1 soljica ili manje meda
1 kasika vanile
2 kasikice sode bikarbone
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 kasikica cimeta
1/2 kasikice soli
2 solje od bijele kafe bademova brasna (mljeveni badem)
po zelji sjeckanih oraha

Uputa:

Jaja, banana, med, I vanilu umutiti u pjenastu masu. Dodati suhe sastojke I lagano izmijesati. Peci na 350F 35 minuta. Uzivajte u ovom finom desertu!

Ingredients:

4 eggs
3 medium overly ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 cups almond meal
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
some walnuts or pecans - option
1/4 cup oil oil - optional

Instruction:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, banana, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Grease a bread pan and pour in batter. Bake for 35-50 minutes

Toasted sweet potato - Slatki krompir iz tostera

Recepie for toasted sweet potato is going crazy over the internet. This morning my friend Kristina and I were discussing is it really good recipe or not. I promised that I will try ASAP, because we really love sweet potato.

It came out really nice. Crispy outside and soft and sweet inside.

Just cut sweet potato in 1/4 " slices and toast it 4 times on longest in the toaster.

Serve with favorite dip or just as snack with nothing.


Kristina Butt, moja cool prijateljica smo danas razmisljali jeli ovaj recept dobar ili ne, jer je jako popularan on internet. Recept je savrsen, slobodno isprobajte ako volite slatki krompir.

Znaci potrebno je samo dobro oprati slatki krompir I isjeci ga u snite malo deblje od pola centimetra ili 1/4 ". Peci u tosteru 4 minuta na najduzem intervalu. Posluziti po zelji, sa dipom ili kao snack.

Breakfast for champions (dorucak za sampione, recept na bosanskom na dnu stranice)

This month, my dear friend MersihaO was choosen for Cool Chef,  at our favorite cooking site - Coolinarika.

Mersiha joined our club of around 120 Cool Chefs, out of over 150.000 members of Coolinarika. So, I can frealy say that we all feel honored by this  recognition,  because only about 1 of 10 000 members will receive  Cool Chef diploma with a lot of nice goodies from Coolinarika.

My other dear friend Brankal, when she was awarded with Cool Chef diploma last year,  started cool food games, and since then, every time new cool chef is nominated, they would challenge us to cook or bake something, then to post photos and recipes and link them to the challenge they announced. This was a challenge that Branka put upon us:

Mersiha's  challenge was: Breakfast for Champions.

Because my family rarely have a chance to eat breakfast together (we all very busy 7 days per week), I decided to post this healthy and very light, my most favorite breakfast, that  I have on most mornings before I go to work. It is really very satisfying, keep me full till midafternoon, and if I  choose some light and healthy snack, I am  good to go till lunch time. Other good thing about this breakfast is,  that you can  prepare it in no time, no cooking or baking is involved at all.

Those nice bowls are gift from my friend Mersiha and her family when they came to visit me this summer. I kept them hiden, till I got some opportunity to make something that is connected to her, like this event or to try one of  delicious  recipes from her blog or Facebook page.

Flowers are from my garden, and for this beautiful color of our pool I can thank to my hubby who really take time to make it look clean and nice...



Ingrediants for my fav breakfast:

1 cup of favorite nut based milk (I used coconut milk in this recipe),
1 TBS chia seeds,
1 apple
1 TBS flax seeds
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon,
berries as a toping, or other fruit per choice

Soak chia seeds 15 minutes before you proceed with next step.

Add flax seed in blender or nutribulet. Process till you get nice powder. Add honey and cinnamon.

If you use organic apples, there is no need to peal them or take out seeds, as we know apple seeds contain cyanide in quantity that can not heart us, but just help to destroy cancer cells.

Dice apples and add to flax seeds. Process few more times till is all processed in nice pure.

Add everything to the mixture of milk and chia seeds. Mix just to combine all ingredients.

You really do not need any toping with this, but you can add some berries, or sprinkle with more cinnamon.

Enjoy your healthy breakfast, your body will thank you with providing energy you will  need during the day.


Dorucak za sampione

Moja draga prijateljica Mersiha je proglasena za cool sefa na coolinarici ovog mjeseca. Kao sto to dolikuje sefovima, kad su izabrani, oni nam postave temu I  igricu za njihov mjeses sefovanja, I mi onda napravimo nesto po toj zadatoj temi I postavimo na njihov dogadjaj.

Mersiha nam je zadala temu, dorucak za sampione. Meni licno naj zdraviji I najlaksi dorucak je sa sjemenkama I vocem, u kojem unesem zdrave masnoce I vitamine za pocetak uspjesnog dana.

Izabrala sam kasu od chia sjemenki, lanenih sjemenki I voca.



Sastojci:

1 casa biljnog mlijeka po izbogu
1 kasika chia sjemenki
1 jabuka
1 kasika lanenih sjemenki
1 kasikica meda
1/2 kasikice cimeta
po izboru bobicasto voce.

Prije nego pristupimo pripremi ovog dorucka, potrebno je potopiti chia sjemenke u mlijeko I ostaviti petnaestak minuta da nabubre.

Samljeti lanene sjemenke u nutribuletu pa potom dodati isjeckane jabuke. Ako su jabuke organic, onda zaista nije potrebno da ih cistite izvana ili iznutra. Dodati med I cimet. Sve blendati dok ne dobijete fin pire.

Sastaviti sve sastojke zajedno, izmijesati da dobijete finu kasu. Potom dodati bobicasto ili  voce po svom izboru. Uzivati u divnom, zdravom I laganom dorucku!



Ove divne zdjelice su poklon od moje drage Mersihe, kad je dolazila ovog ljeta na Floridu, nasla je vremena da me posjeti, tako da smo proveli jedno divno poslijepodne u ugodnom druzenju. Cvjetici su iz mojih cvjetnjaka oko kuce. Za divnu boju bazena mogu da zahvalim svom dragom muzu, koji ga zaista odrzava u perfiect stanju.

Karamel torta - Caramel torte (recept na bosanskom je na dnu)

This cake I made for my brother-in-low's birthday.  As my grandson and him are born on the very same day we told him we can not have two birthday parties in same day, and left him thinking that he will not have birthday party this year. But we really did not want to tell him that we will have surprise birthday party for him as well.

Anyway, I wanted to try my friend Ozi's recipe for layers that can be used to make a torte.  They were perfect match for kind of cake that my brother in low likes. Kind of old fashioned cakes  that our grandmothers were baking for us. He is not into new type of cakes with fondant or any modern kind of decorations or baking.

I just needed to find nice filling for this beautiful torte. I decided to use Swiss buttercream and to add some home made caramel because he likes caramel as well.

Ingredients for layers:

8 eggs
200 gr sugar
 1.5 dl oil
100 gr ground walnuts
200 gr flour
1/2 of bag of baking powder
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs cocoa powder (can be omitted)

Separate whites from yolks. Mix whites with spoon of sugar at the time, gradually adding as whites started to foam. When you get nice and shine foam, start to adding one by one yolk, mixing between additions till yolk incorporate with foam.

When we add all yolks, start with adding other ingredients. First add oil, then mix it gently to incorporate with eggs.

Mix all dry ingredients, sift two times and start adding slowly to the eggs mixture. You really need to be very gentle so eggs will not fell down.

Pan 24 cm in diameter brash with oil and some flower. Bake it for about 15 minutes on 180 C, then half more hour on about 160. Baking time depend of more than one factor, so please adjust baking to your oven. When cake is baked, let it cool for about ten minutes then remove from pan and let it cool completely before you cut it in tree equal parts.


Tortu sam pravila zetu za rodjendan I zaista je bila fina. Recept za kore je objavila moja prijateljica Ozrenka na Coolinarici kao Univerzalne kore za sve, I mislim da se bas fino upotpunjuju sa ovom kremom od karamela I Swiss buttercream.


 


Recpet za kore:

8 jaja
200 gr secera
1.5 dl ulja
100 gr mljevenih oraha
200 gr mekog brasna
1/2 p za pecivo
po zelji dodati
1 vanillin
2-3 kasike kakao praha ili cokolade u prahu

Razdvojiti zumance I bjelance. Umutiti bjelance u cvrstu masu ( ne pretjerati da ne ispadnu suhi), dodavajuci kasiku po kasiku secera. U umucenu masu dodavati jedno po jedno zumance muteci izmjedju da se sve fino sjedini. Odloziti mikser.

Dodati orahe kasiku po kasiku, lagano da smjesa ne spadne. Potom dodavati brasno prosijano sa praskom za pecivo opet jako lagano da se ne bi smjesa spustila.

Kalup od 24 cm premazati puterom pa posuti brasnom ili krusnim mrvicama. Izliti smjesu, pa lupnuti lagano da izadju mjehurici.

Pecenje prilagoditi pecnici. Ugrijati rerun bar 20 minuta ranije I peci biskvit 10-15 minuta a potom smanjiti pecnicu na 160-180 C I peci jos 20tak minuta ili dok cackalica ne izadje suha iz kore. Izbjegvati otvarati rerrnu bez potrebe. Ostaviti u kalupu desetak minuta, potom izvaditi iz kalupa I ostaviti da se ohladi. Prerezati dva puta ili na tri djela.

 
Za kremu:

Karamel:

1 cup secera ( 2.3 dl casa)
1/4 cup vode

1/2 cupa vrhnja za kuhanje
'
Na 1/4 cupa vode dodati 1 cup secera, pa lagano spinovati do fine caramel boje. Ne mjesati, nego lagano cetkicu namociti u ledenu vodu pa cistiti stranice da sprijecite stvaanje kristalcica. Nemojte ostaviti previse svijetlo jer se caramel nece ni osjetiti, dok ukoliko pregorite secer, onda ce caramel biti gorak. Kad dobijete tamnu amber boju salijte vrhnje za kuhanje I mijesajte da se izjednaci. Odmah posudu uronite u ledenu vodu kako biste sprijecili daljenje kuhanje karamela. Ostavite da se hladi a u medjuvremenu spremite butter cream.

Za Swiss butter cream:

7 bjelanaca
1/2 cup secera
1 paund putera (oko 450 gr)

Zicom mutiti 7 bjelanaca sa 1/2 cupa secera na pari da se secer fino rastopi a bjelanca pobijele. Bjelanca se ne smiju pregrijati, tek zagrijati da budu vruca, ne vrela, oko 140 F. Staviti u mikser pa miksati da se dobije gusta bijela krema. Kad se bjelanca umute, dodavati grumen po grumen omeksalog putera dok se sve fino ne umuti u gustu I sjajnu kremu. Ako se u trenutku smejsa pocne grusati, nemojte paniciti ponovno ce da se izjednaci. Ova krema se moze napraviti nekoliko dana ranije, a moze I da se ostavi u led pa kad treba da se izvadi, I dobro umuti prije filovanja torte.

Dodati caramel koji se trebao ohladiti na sobnu temperature do sada I sve dobro umijesiti jos jednom. Ostaviti u frizider do upotrebe.

Za krokant

100 gr oraha
100 gr secera

Secer uprziti do svijetle amber boje pa dodati orahe. Nastaviti prziti secer do tamne amber boje pa sve istresti na silpat ili neku drugu podlogu otpornu na temperature I ostaviti da se ohladi. Samljeti u food procesoru.

Tortu nafilovati u kalupu u kojem ste je pekli pa ostaviti dva tri sata u led da se fino ucvrsti. Izvaditi I dekorisati po zelji. Okolo torte I po vrhu posuti krokantom od oraha.

Bilo bi najbolje da torta prenoci, a prije posluzivanja da se izvadi bar pola sata iz frizidera.

Mi smo uzivali u njoj, slaveci rodjendan mog zeta. Torta se slavljeniku jako dopala, jer voli jednostavne starinske torte bez puno ukrasavanja.

Ayden is 1 year old now, wow!!!. He loves Mickey Mouse so we make Baby Mickey Mouse torte for him!

Could you even imagine how time flow so fast. Today, Ayden celebrated his first birthday. Wow... He loves Mickey Mouse. When he hear music playing from his favorite cartoon, he runs so fast to see it. So we decided to make him cake on that theme. So many friends and family members came to help him celebrate his first birthday. Even if day was so hot and humid, he did not mind it, and he really enjoyed every moment being in park.


Danas je nas unuk Ayden proslavio svoj prvi rodjendan.

Imao je veliki, fin party sa puno prijatelja, I imali smo super provod.

Za divno cudo, I pored  puno gostiju, I sto je cak I za Floridu dan bio prilicito topao, on je bio u super raspolozenju.

Super smo se proveli. Za njegov rodjendan tema je bila Miki Mouse, kojeg on nacisto obozava. Kad cuje da je na televiziji njegov omiljeni crtic, dotrci u hodalici brzinom munje da ga gleda ...



Njegov smas cake je takodje bio na temu Miki Mausa, samo sto je bila obicna zuta kora sa vanilla icing preko I ovom prilikom necu postavljati recept za tu tortu.



Recept za Miki Maus tortu:




Za Miki Maus glavu:

Ganaz od mlijecne cokolade na dno kalupa:

1/2 cupa vrhnja za kuhanje
200 gr mlijecne cokolade

Provreti vrhnje i izliti preko cokolade. Ostaviti nekoliko minuta pa umijesati zicom do fine i sjajne Kreme. Izliti u pripremljen kalup i ostaviti u frizider da se stegne.

Ganaz od bijele cokolade u sredinu kalupa:

1/2 cupa vrhnja za kuhanje
230 gr bijele cokolade

Ganaz od tamne cokolade na dno poluloptastog kalupa

3/4 cupa vrhnja za kuhanje
2 kasike putera
280 gr tamne cokolade

Kad se sve fino stisnulo, obzirom da sam imala viska kora, izrezala sam jednu koru I stavila kao podlogu Mausovoj glavi da bude malo veca.

Prvi I drugi sprat, marble cake:


Za 2 torte dno I sredina pravila sam ovu mjeru 5 puta. ispalo mi je 5 kora  velicine 10 i 6 kor velicine 8 inch.


Sastojci:

3 cups prosijanog brasna (2 puder i 1 krin ostro)
2 1'2 tsp praska za pecivo
1/2 tsp soli
1 3/4 cups secera
2/3 cups putera
2 jaja
1 1/2 tsp Vanile
1 1/4 cups mlijeka
za marble tortu popoloviti smjese i u jednu polovicu dodati  1/2 cupa kakao. Ako pravite duplu smjesu, onda zamijeniti jedan cup brasna sa jednim cupom kakao.

Priprema:

Ugrijati rerun na 350 F. Limove za pecenje namazati uljem, obloziti papirom i posuti brasnom. Ova smjesa bi trebala biti dovoljna za dva 8 inch okrugla kalupa za torte. Umutiti secer i puter zajedno dok ne pobijele. Dodati jaja jedno po jedno i vanilu, Miksati tek toliko da se sve fino sjedini. Prosijati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Dodati so u brasno. Izmjeriti mlijeko pa naizmjenicno dodati brasno i mlijeko u smjesu sa puterom i jajima, u trecinama. Miksati jos dodatno 1 minut da se sve fino izmiksa, ali prethodno spaculom cistiti stranice zdjele za mucenje da se sve fino umuti.

Rasporediti u pripremljene limove. U 10 inch lim ja sam stavljala 12 (8 size skup za sladoled) skupova smjese, a u 8 inch sam stavljala 6 skupova smjese. Za marble smjesu bi bilo, pola od toga kakao smjesa a pola bijela.

Peci u zagrijanoj rerni oko 43 minute ili dok cackalica ne izadje cista iz biskvita.

Fil za prvi I drugi sprat torte

Ganaz od mlijecne cokolade

900 gr  mlijecne cokolade
4 cup vrhnja za kuhanje

Ganaz od bijele cokolade:

450 gr bijele cokolade
1 cup vrhnja za kuhanje



Ganaz ispod fondana

450 gr cokolade za kuhanje
1 cup vrhnja za kuhanje

I na kraju dekoracija od fondana.
