Piletina caprese

 Recept je tako jednostavan, a prekrasan, rucak in no time :)


 4 komada pilecih prsa                                                                                            
1 saka spinaca                                                                                        
100 gr topivog sira                                                                                      
 50 gr parmezana (pola u mrvice, pola dodati u sir)                                                                                            
 1 paradajz                                                                                           
 3 cehna cesnjaka                                                                                           
 5 listova bosiljka                                                                                           
 1 kasika maslinova ulja + ulje za pecenje                                                                                            
 1/2 limuna                                                                                          
 1 kasika balzamik octa                                                                                            
  so, biber, vegeta                                                                                            
  1 jaje                                                                                          
  50 gr brasna za pohanje                                                                                            
  50 gr prezle a pohanje                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                      nekoliko cackalica


Pileca prsa istanjiti nozem, istuci ih cekicem da dobijete tanke snicle. Staviti u zdjelu, politi sa malo ulja, octa, limunova soka te zaciniti sa zacinima po zelji. Dodati protisnut cesnjak. Ostaviti da se odmara 15tak mintua u frizideru dok ne pripremite nadjev.
Sir izribati i pomijesati sa parmezanom. Ocistiti, oprati i isjeckati spinat. Zreliji paradajz isjeckati na male kockice.

Razbiti jaje i blago ga umutiti. Pripremiti prezlu i brasno. Filovati piletinu pripremljenim nadjevom, rolati, ucvrstiti cackalicama. Umociti u brasno, jaje pa prezlu.

Staviti u lim koji ste oblozili al folijom i pouljili blago. Ja sam svoje prvo proprzila u tavi da dobiju finu boju jer nam se malo zurilo sa ruckom.

Mogu direktno u rernu i peci dok ne dostignu unturasnju temperaturu od 170 F, u zavisnosti koliko su veliki komadi, negdje izmedju 30-40 minuta.

Servirati uz salsu od paradaja, bosioka i bijelog luka.
