Piletina pohovana sa ribicama i ranch dresingom



Potrebno za pohanje piletine:
5 kesica ribica - kod mene su bile sa okusom sira
5-6 kasika ranch dresinga

Potrebno za Ranch dresing:

1 cup (235 ml) jogurta ili kefira
4 kasike majoneze                                                                                            
4 kasike kiselog vrhnja                                                                                            
3 kasika vinskog octa ili limunova soka                                                                                            
1/3 kasike suhog lukav(ili bez)                                                                                            
1/3 kasike suhog bijelog luka (ili 1 cehn protisnutog cesnjaka)                                                                                            
1 kasikica suhog persina (ili kasika svjezeg)                                                                                            
so, biber

Piletina: Ribice izmrviti I nasuti u tanjir. U drugi tanjir staviti ranch. Umakati manje komade piletine I ranch pa u mrvice od ribica. Stavljati u lim oblozen papirom I poprskan uljem. Poprskati piletinu uljem I odozgo.
Rernu ugrijati na 425 F ili 220 C. Peci 10 minuta, okrenuti lim, pa peci jos  10 minuta.

Dresing: Sve sastojke izmjesati i ostaviti par sati da se ukusi fino prozmu. Drzati poklopljeno u frizideru do 7 dana.

Posluziti uz ranch dresing ili omiljeni sos.
