Paprikas sa telecim sniclama

Super fin I brz rucak   
 


3 telece snicle
malo ljute papricice, sol, biber, brasno                                                                                            
paprike                                                                                           
1 glavica luka                                                                                           
1 pakovanje gljiva (oko 250gr)                                                                                            
3 cehna cesnjaka                                                                                          
2 lista lovorova                                                                                            
1 veliki paradajz                                                                                            
1 kasika sjeckanog persina (ili cilantro)
 
Telece snicle istucati batom pa ih zaciniti solju, biberom i ljutom mljevenom paprikom. Uvaljati u brasno sa obadvije strane pa poprziti do lijepe rumene boje. Izvaditi u zdjelu a na istoj masnoci popriziti glavicu luka, dodati gljive i prziti dok tecnost ne ispari te dodati paprike i da malo omeksaju.
 
Vratiti snicle u tavu, dodati vode tek toliko da prekrije snicle. Isjeci oguljen paradajz, bijeli luk i persin, te dodati jos soli, bibera i crvene paprike po ukusu.
 
Poklopiti i pirjati desetak minuta. Posluziti uz omiljeni prilog.
