hljeb sa olivama i paradajzu susenu na suncu

14 oz/400 gr/3cups brasna                                                                                                                                                                                        
1/2 cajne kasikice soli                                                                                         
1 kasika suhog kvasca                                                                                        
1 kasika smedjeg ili obicnog secera                                                                                            
1 kasika svjezeg sjeckanog oregana                                                                                            
10 fl oz/300ml/1 1/3 cup tople vode                                                                                            
4 kasike maslivovog ulja                 
 50 gr/1/3 cup zelenih maslina, sjeckanih                                                                                            
 50 gr/ 1/3 cup maslina , sjeckanih                                                                                            
 50 gr / 1/3 cup susenog   paradajza                                                                                          
 1  zumance umuceno

Pomijesati brasno, so, germu, secer i oregano. Polako dodavati vodu i ulje i zamijesiti tijesto. Dodati olive i paradajz. Premazati uljem i ostaviti na toplom dok ne nadodje.                                                                                    

Premijesiti i formirati male hljepcice, ili jedan…i ostaviti ponovo da nadodje.                    

 Premazati jajetom i peci u ugrijarnoj rerni na 190 C 30 minuta a onda jos 10 na 165 C.            

 Ako ste hljeb pekli u tagari onda ga poslije pecenja ostavite pokriven i tagaru okrenutu naopako – 15-tak minuta dok hljeb ne opusti sa posude.
