Wedding cake

 


Top: White wedding cake with ermine frosting
Middle:  Principeza cake

White wedding cake 
370 gr brasna
340 gr secera
1  TBS praska za pecivo
1/2 tsp soli
1/2 tsp sode bikarbone
140 gr bjelanaca
115 gr ulja
170 gr putera rastopljena
285 gr buttermilk
2 kasike vanile

Ermine frosting
400 gr secera
85 gr brasna
450 gr mlijeka
450 gr putera

Cake goop:
1 tbs shortening.
1 tbs oil
1 tbs flower 

Bake at 335 for about 25-28 minutes

good recipe to use to crust cake under fondant:

1 cup butter
1 cup crisco
8 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond
4 Tbsp water

Burbon banana bread

Recept koji sam davno objavila na coolinarici, vrlo fin banana bread, koji je lako i brzo napraviti, a super je ukusan i fin! 



Potrebni sastojci:

5 1/3 kasika putera

2/3 cup secera

1 1/3 cup brasna

1/4 tsp praska za pecivo

1/2 tsp sode bikarbone

2 jaja

2 zrele banane

1/2 do 1 cup sjeckanih oraha

1/2 kasikice soli

1 burbon vanila secer


Ukljuciti rernu na 350F. Pulman loaf pan namazati uljem i posuti brasnom. 

Miksati puter i secer dok se ne dobije fina krema, dodati jaja i miksati da se fino umute. Dodati izmiksane banane, pa potom i ostale sastojke umjesane u brasno. 

Peci 50-60 minuta.
