 How to make this super delicious Cheesy Beef Crepe wrap that melts in your mouth.




Here's what you'll need:
BEEF FILLING:
Diced onions (medium sized)
450 grams minced beef
diced carrots and bell peppers (all medium size)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne (or more to your liking)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water (250ml)
CREPES:
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)



A pinch of salt
1 cup milk (250ml)
1/2 cup water (125ml)
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil (30ml)
about 250 grams shredded mozzarella
For Bechamel:    
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper

One tbs of filling, 1 fbs of bechamel, 1 tbs of cheese fil and roll.
put over every crepe 1 tbs of bechamel and cheese
bake for 15-20 minutes on 350/180
