Potrebno:
oko 1 kg ribe,
prstohvat soli,
prstohvat ljute mljevene paprika
prstohvat suhog ruzmarina,
kasika italijanskog zacina
pola kasikice suhog bielog luka
maslinovo ulje u koje smo pokiselili zacinsko bilje
limun za posluzenje
Ribu marinirati u prethodnim zacinima oko jednog sata. Zagrijati rostilj na najjacu temperature, pa kad stavimo ribu smanjiti. Peci po desetak minuta sa svake strane. Posluziti uz omiljeni prilog!
Cobia on the grill:
Cut fillets into serving size pieces, and place in a bowl. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Add all remaining spices to oil and lemon juice, and mix. Pour mixture over fish steaks. Marinate for 1 hour. Remove from marinade and barbecue for about 8 minutes over coals (Keep checking, do not overcook!) Turn as necessary, basting several times with marinade. Serve hot off the grill
